To remove it:

Go to Start > Run and type %systemroot%\inf.
In this folder is a system file called sysoc.inf. We need to edit this file but first we need to make a backup. Copy and Paste will work.
Now, you will see a lot of lines in this file we need to following line:

msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7

and replace it with:

msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,,7

Now save the file.

When the window loads, go to Add/Remove Windows Components.
